Below are the regions that we currently support for the shipping, the shipping cost will be estimated during the check-out.

         1-2 Shipping Days
         Free SF Express Shipping for orders above HKD $350

  • Macao SAR
         3-5 Shipping Days
         Free Shipping for orders above HKD $500

  • China | Taiwan | Singapore | Malaysia | Japan | Korea | Thailand*
         7-14 Shipping Days
         Free Shipping for orders above HKD $1500

  • Australia | United States | United Kingdom | Canada | Portugal*
         7-14 Shipping Days
         Free Shipping for orders above HKD $3000

*Shipment for International might subject to taxes, VAT or customs duties.
Any additional taxes, VAT or customs duties should be bared by the customers.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) upon us receiving your order. Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. If we cancel any orders, we will arrange the refunds. Drink N Scent reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

    SHIPMENT TRACKING

    • Shipment tracking numbers will be provided once the product is shipped. Please contact courier to track your shipment.
    • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the courier by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
    • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the courier directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
