Refund policy
At Drink N Scent, all orders are final once confirmed. We do not accept changes, returns, or refunds after your order is placed.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us via info@drinknscent.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide the damaged product photos and the order receipt
Please note that we are unable to process requests received after 3 days from delivery.
